Who can register

Registration is for licensed domestic shipping, courier, fulfillment, warehouse, and delivery companies that want to use RTUOS Company Dashboard for their own operations. The person submitting the application must be the owner, an authorized director, or an approved company administrator.

Account and owner identity

• The owner name must match the submitted identity document.
• The work email must be controlled by the applicant and remain reachable for security, review, billing, and compliance messages.
• Email OTP or verified social OAuth may be used to confirm the owner email before company verification.
• Google registration uses only a verified Google email and does not create dashboard access before approval.

Company uniqueness

• Company display name and legal name must identify one real shipping company.
• Owner email, company name, trade license number, and Tax/VAT/TRN number must be unique after RTUOS normalization checks.
• Duplicate, misleading, expired, or unverifiable applications may be rejected or returned for correction.

Domestic shipping details

RTUOS asks for country, city or region, service cities, shipment type, COD support, expected monthly shipments, drivers, vehicles, and operating notes so the workspace can be reviewed and prepared for domestic shipping workflows.

Required documents

• Trade license, commercial registration, or the local equivalent is required.
• Owner Emirates ID, GCC ID, national ID, or passport is required based on the selected country.
• Tax, VAT, or TRN certificate is required only when the company declares that it is VAT or tax registered.
• Documents must be clear, current, and uploaded by an authorized person.

Review and approval

• Submitting registration sends the application to RTUOS for SaaS Admin review.
• Dashboard access is not enabled until the company is approved, provisioned, and has an active trial or subscription entitlement.
• RTUOS may request more information, reject incomplete documents, or block applications that cannot be safely verified.

Security and privacy

• RTUOS stores registration data and document metadata only for verification, security, billing, support, and account governance.
• Passwords, OTPs, OAuth secrets, refresh tokens, passkey secrets, and secure cookies are never shown in the browser UI.
• Approved owners receive owner-level access for their shipping company workspace and are responsible for team permissions.

Applicant agreement

By accepting this policy, you confirm that the submitted information is accurate, you are authorized to register the company, and you agree that RTUOS can verify the application before enabling Company Dashboard access.
